How we invest
We typically invest anywhere from pre-seed to Series A.
Often the first institutional investors in a company, we’ve invested in some when they were pre-product and others when they had bootstrapped to $2m in ARR.
In these rounds, we typically invest anywhere from $250k to $1.5m as our first cheque. We work with founders to help grow their business and double down in future rounds to increase our ownership in the best performers.
Deal by deal co-investments
Where possible, we also offer our investors an opportunity to co-invest with the fund on a deal by deal basis.
For investors, this lets you increase your stake in a company beyond the fund’s investment, giving you flexibility to augment your portfolio.
Investors receive a detailed memo about the company based on our due diligence. Because the fund is investing on the same terms, you can ensure we are strongly aligned.
